How Add-Ons Work
Book your main groom — there's no need to pick add-ons in advance. We assess your dog on the day and only apply what will genuinely benefit them. If nothing extra is needed, nothing extra is added or charged.
Health & Hygiene
Anal Gland Expression (+£10) — External hygiene add-on, only performed when safe and comfortable on the day. Never internal. If we spot any sign of pain, swelling, bleeding, discharge, strong odour, excessive scooting or possible impaction, we stop and advise a vet visit.
Tick Removal (+£5) — Safe removal of any ticks found during the groom, where suitable.
Handling & Comfort
Nervous / Anxious Dogs (+£10) — Reserves extra time in the mobile salon for a slower pace, adapted handling, frequent breaks and the patience needed for nervous rescues, first-timers or dogs who find grooming stressful.
Muzzle / Safety Handling (+£10) — For dogs that need a muzzle or additional safety handling to keep everyone safe, always with a calm, low-stress approach.
Coat Care & Cleansing
Coat Revival Treatment (+£10) — Strengthening wash for tired, damaged or frizzy coats. Repairs brittle hair and locks in hydration from root to tip.
Extra Dirty Coat (+£10) — For dogs arriving especially muddy, greasy or heavily soiled. Covers the additional shampoo, water and time required.
Thick / Double Coat Deshedding (+£10) — For Labradors, Golden Retrievers, Huskies, German Shepherds, Border Collies and similar. Includes undercoat blowout, deshedding shampoo and conditioner and extended brushing time.
Overgrown / Overdue Coat (+£10) — For dogs overdue a groom with an overgrown, tangled or difficult coat needing extra time and preparation.
Matted Coat Care (+£10) — For coats with knots, matting or tangles requiring extra time, care and safe removal. If matting is too severe to brush out kindly, we'll discuss a shorter clip as the gentler option before starting.
Nails & Paws
Nail trimming is already included in every groom. These are additional finishes only if your dog needs them.
Nail Dremel & Paw Balm (+£5) — Smoother finish for the nails already trimmed in your groom, plus a nourishing paw balm to soothe dry or cracked paw pads.
Overgrown Nail Care (+£5) — For dogs whose nails are significantly overgrown and need more careful, gradual trimming than the standard nail included in your groom.
Service Area
Out of Service Area (+£5) — For approved bookings that require additional travel outside our usual service area. Please check the areas we cover before booking.
